Remembering Pawan Motwani

For many grizzled veterans in the South Asian Softball and South Asian Basketball League. They will remember the name Pawan Motwani. He was the founder of the Titans and an integral part of the league. He was known as a phenomenal competitor and his teams were always near the top of any of our leagues as perennial contenders. Sadly, Pawan was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that he eventually succumbed to.
This year will be 10 years that Pawan is gone. His daughters have requested that we invite everyone in the league to the below event. Here is a message from them.
Hi everyone – our names are Riya & Anjali Motwani and we are Pawan Motwani’s daughters.
Most of you might know that it has been 10 years this year since our dad passed away. In honor of him and to fundraise for current ACC patients, we are hosting a charity gala on what would have been his 40th birthday.
If you are seeing this, that means you meant something to him and were part of his life. It would mean everything to us if you joined us in this special event in his memory.
This is the link to buy tickets to join us (or sponsor the event):
