Most of the teams in the tournament have a proper scouting report minus this one. Team Puerto Rico can be one of the top teams or one of the bottom teams. Our panel of experts don’t seem to think that anything outside of that is possible or probable.

The team is captained by Victor who has flown in from California to grab the gold!
